ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has declared “baseless” the claims made by an independent member of the National Assembly (MNA) Jamshed Dasti.
Addressing the National Assembly session, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said there is a record of CCTV video of several months for the parliament lodges. He asked to identify the day when immoral activity took place.
The minister said that all vehicles except of MNAs and Senators are thoroughly checked. He said the parliament lodges are home to parliamentarians, where their families are also residing.
He said that security official told him that Mujras (dance parties) are not held in the parliament lodges. Security personnel have been doubled in the parliament lodges, he added.
