Ukrainian officials said at least 14 people were killed and more than 70 wounded after a Russian missile struck an apartment block and some residential buildings in the city of Zaporizhzhia. The Zaporizhzhia region is one of the four that were recently integrated into Russia. There was no immediate comment from Russian officials about the strike.
