اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) ہتک عزت کیس میں سینئر اینکر پرسن مبشر لقمان کو 2 سال قید اور جرمانے کی سزا سنا دی گئی جبکہ فیصلے کے بعد ضمانت بھی منظور کرلی گئی۔
ایڈیشنل سیشن جج اسلام آباد طاہر عباس سپرا نے فریقین کے دلائل کے بعد فیصلہ سنایا۔ عدالت نے فیصلے کے بعد مبشر لقمان کی 5 لاکھ روپے مچلکوں کے عوض ضمانت بھی منظور کر لی۔ لیگی رہنما دانیال عزیز کے والد مرحوم انور عزیز کی درخواست پر فیصلہ سنایا گیا۔
2016ء میں مبشرلقمان نے مرحوم انور عزیز کے بارے میں ذاتی نوعیت کے ہتک آمیز ریمارکس دیے تھے۔ مبشرلقمان کے خلاف دانیال عزیز کے مرحوم والد انور عزیز نے ہتک عزت کا مقدمہ دائر کیا تھا۔
