
Karachi: Sindh High Court has summoned Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan after filing of defamation suit by Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM).
The court has issued notice to Khan to appear before the court on Dec 13.
He is obliged to appear before court with relevant documents and written statement in favour of his stance against MQM; otherwise, decision could be given as per available evidences.
Imran Khan has held MQM leader Altaf Hussain responsible for killing of Zehra Shahid, who was killed a week after elections.
“The ruling party has got nervous after seeing a unanimous candidate for the presidential election,” he said addressing with other party members.
