واضح رہے کہ علی امین گنڈاپور کی گاڑی سے ایک مرتبہ مبینہ طور پر شراب کی بوتل برآمد ہوئی تھی جس کے بارے میں بعد میں علی امین گنڈاپور نے وضاحت کرتے ہوئے بتایا تھا کہ وہ دراصل شہد کی بوتل تھی۔ مذکورہ واقع کے پسِ منظر میں الیکشن کمیشن کا علی امین گنڈاپور کو بوتل کا نشان الاٹ کرنا ایک شرارت آمیز عمل لگتا ہے۔
