سپریم کورٹ کے وضاہتی بیان کے بعد سب سے بڑا ڈاکو تو الیکشن کمیشن ہی نکلا جس کی بد فعلیؤں کی فہرست مزید تویل ہوگئی۔

وہ کیا کہانی ہے کہ۔۔۔ گاوں میں ایک غلیز جانور کوویں میں گر کر مَر گیا اور لوگ سیکڑوں بالٹیاں گندے پانی کی نکالتے رہے مگر بدبو نہیں گئی۔ پھر ایک سپریم کورٹ کے جج جتنے سیانے نے مشورہ دیا کہ جب تک کُتّا نہیں نکالو گے کوواں پاک نہیں ہوگا۔

سکندر سلطان راجہ اور اُسکے ہینڈلرز نے اِس ملک کو جتنا نقصان پہنچایا شاید ہی کسی اور نے تاریخ میں اِس سے زیادہ بگاڑ کو جنم دیا ہو۔

The Supreme Court in clarification of their verdict have stated that:

“Leaves in little doubt that the clarification sought by the Commission … is nothing more than a contrived devise and the adoption of dilatory tactics, adopted to delay, defeat and obstruct implementation of the decision of the Court….

“the attempt of the Commission to confuse and cloud what is otherwise absolutely clear as a matter of the Constitution and the law must therefore strongly deprecated….

“Nonetheless, the continued failure of, and refusal by, the Commission to perform this legally binding obligation may, as noted, have consequences.”

This is beyond the original verdict in which the Commission was reprimanded strongly for misinterpreting the already biased & wrong SC decision depriving PTI of the bat symbol and said that ECP went a step further and removed PTI as a party too.
