پارلیمانی کمیٹی کی جانب سے چیف جسٹس نامزد کئے جانے والے جسٹس یحیٰ آفریدی وہی جج ہیں جنہوں نے جون 2022 میں لانگ مارچ کیس کے فیصلے میں اختلافی نوٹ لکھتے ہوئے لکھا کہ عمران خان نے سپریم کورٹ کا حکم نہیں مانا اور ایسا مواد موجود ہے کہ عمران خان کے خلاف توہینِ عدالت کی کاروائی شروع کی جائے۔
