Now, PTA has issued the order to all ISPs in Pakistan to unblock the IMDB. When Asked PTA official that why PTA banned this website, he told it was linked to sharp criticism on social media. This was an amazing answer. He told that PTA has decided to reverse the ban after protests and public criticism.

This temporary banning of IMDB goes to show just how non transparent policies related to the Internet and freedom of information are in Pakistan.
